Do I need to be an experienced cyclist?
Not at all. Our classic bikes are easy to ride and e-bikes help on longer distances. Never learned to ride? Our Rouly Academy sessions start from zero.
Can children ride with us?
Yes. Tell us the children's ages or heights in your request and we'll suggest the right option for your family.
What should I bring?
A valid ID, your phone, water and sun protection. We'll share any other details in your confirmation email.
How do I pay?
When we confirm your booking, our email includes the final price and how to pay. Nothing is charged on this website.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Plans change — just reply to your confirmation email or call us, and we'll update or cancel your booking.
Do you offer monthly memberships?
Yes. Monthly memberships give you a bike for daily commuting at our best rate. Choose "Monthly membership" as the duration in the form.
